Allen began the Design & Fabrication of the K5 Blazer Seating this week. These seats include multiple pieces and the patterning must be precise in order to obtain the Perfect Seat to compliment this Interior!
Below, Allen has taken his Design to the Seat Foam, conceptualizing the exact pattern he desires to achieve. There is a LOT of Italian Leather going into these Seats, and the Patterns must be cut prior to beginning Sewing. He begins with the Seat Bottoms, then upholsters the Seat Backs. With the addition of a small accent piece on the Seat Back, we have a beautifully fabricated and upholstered Seat for this '71 K5 Blazer.
