Allen sanding down Fiberglass on Door Panel This week Allen has been fabricating the Door Panel design for the 1964 Chevrolet Truck.
He started with two ABS Panels, developing the unique design with various materials. Below you can see the various stages and applications of fiberglass and foam. Next he will upholster the two Door Panels in Red Italian Leather, with accents of Stainless Steel Mesh work, Chrome Door Handles, and lighting.

Allen is also fabricating the Door Pull/Arm Rests as seen below. These pieces will go in the center of the design for the Door Panel and add Depth and Dimension.
