We close the chapter on Colonel Bob Gahagan's 1956 F100. This Build was a Full Custom Interior fabricated to accommodate Bob and his wife, Pip, in the lap of Italian Leather Luxury.
We started with 6-way, Heated, Power BMW X5 Seat Frames that were cut, narrowed and shortened to make proportional to the Interior Renderings of the Overall Interior Concept. Then, created Proportional Trimmings... Examples are Armrests, Seat Belt Locations, Foot Rests and Interior Control Clusters, etc. After Fabricating all the Support Structures for the Interior Panels, we utilized long Polymer Black ABS and formed the Components that would be Upholstered.
Prior to Upholstery, the complete Interior Panels are Assembled in the truck multiple times to ensure gaps between Panels are perfected, to allow for the thickness of materials. Then, the Electronics are designed and Wiring Harnesses were hand built for safety and durability. This Build has a 9-speaker 4500w Amplified Sound System that will take you to the Opera or Rock Concert of your choice!
